The pizza station has cauliflower crusts in separate pans, same oven, we decided to skip this. We ordered pulled brisket sandwich (no bun) which is an option when you order at the kiosk. We also learned the fries are dedicated so we got fries & coleslaw and Gatorade and had a very happy, tasty experience. Next day, no issues for person with celiac.
