2 Celiac kids. We were able to walk in with no reservation (otherwise needed most places during a busy season). Talked to the staff, who as others noted said everything except the ravioli could be GF. Separate equipment and water.
A manager came out twice, once to give details about their process and of course mentioned that there is flour present in the kitchen (not a GF kitchen, which we knew), and asked about whether dairy was OK for the Parmesan cheese on top.
Asked about dish color or some indicator, which is that all of their pastas come with bread on the bowl unless they are GF. (I.e. the absence of bread, which wasn’t as affirming as I’d prefer but given the other precautions we felt pretty comfortable).
Got a nice salad and three excellent pasta dishes to share for the 4 of us. Good sized portions. No ill effects.
Highly recommend

Celiac. Waiter translated Dutch menu advised most dishes could be done GF except ravioli. Nice food, reasonable price. No after effects.
"What's gluten-free here?" "Everything except the ravioli." They make all their own pasta, understand gluten issues, and have wickedly good food. With the most expensive entree being 14€, it's easy on the budget as well.P.S. They have three locations, so be sure to search Google Maps for Spaghetteria, there may be one closer to you.
