My review was for Spaghetti Kitchen bar which is based in Svetla Nedelya and this is the sister company The food was amazing, for Sofia I thought the amount of gluten free was amazing, some of the pasta dishes are gluten free, risotto dishes and some of the meat dishes so I would highly recommend. I had chicken risotto for main plus caramel and pecan cheesecake for dessert, all if this gluten free, the quality of food blew me away, and cost was 30 BGN Lev which is £12, absolutely cheap as anything The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We are definitely going back tomorrow as for once I don't have to have the same choice, going for Spaghetti carbonara tomorrow and another cheesecake.

We went and asked if they had gluten free food and they didn't
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Very limited pasta option. No awareness to celiac. When I ask them to cook the GF pasta in different water then the normal pasta, The kitchen refused. So, we left.

This is not a gluten free dedicated restaurant, but it provides gluten free options (fish, pasta).
The menu contains allergen indications (it even states that fries are not gluten free). The staff is knowledgeable.
I ate there on two occasions and had no reaction.
I tried shopska salad, bar fish&vegetables and pasta with “a la bolognese” sauce.
