This was good! The bacon cheeseburger with fries was solid. Not the fanciest or most amaaaaazing burger I’ve had in my life, but it was yummy and satisfying and super celiac friendly! My friend who can eat gluten placed the order online for both of us. The restaurant actually called them shortly after to inform us the sidewinder fries we’d been planning to split aren’t gluten free and both our sandwiches came with a side of fries or salad. So I switched to regular fries, which were gf and would be cooked in the separate gf fryer. GF bun was available 👍🏼👍🏼. And the house sauce that came w my friend’s sidewinder fries was DELICIOUS (and gf). Will def get that next time. 🥹☺

Stopped here on my way from SEA airport to Port Angeles. You were not allowed into the restaurant, but place an order at the front with someone and wait outside for it.

Excellent understanding of Celiac, even recommended their gluten free chicken tenders (dedicated fryers) when I was going to get a burger. They convinced me to order them as well, I got as a kids meal burger just to try the tenders.

Tenders were excellent. They were so good I had to ask my friend they they were in fact gluten free tasting to her. They looked it but tasted like some nostalgic tenders I used to eat pre Celiac. Amazing sauces as well, I had the honey mustard!

Burger was also good - smashed, small and thin. May want a double if you prefer a thicker burger. Bun was decent and fries were good too. They can do a milkshakes but we're out they say I stopped.

Tastes great, never got sick, and enjoyed my meal after a long flight! Feel very confident eating safely here!

I cant say enough about this place! Dedicated fryer so yes you can have fries and gluten free chicken fingers. The burgers are great. I have had the salad also and it's not bad. Their house sauce is the best with fries. Never got sick eating here.

I can have fries! And they're good! It doesn't advertise inside, but the staff was very knowledgeable of allergens and cross contamination prevention. I don't have severe reactions to gluten, but I didn't notice anything off after eating here. My burger was pretty good, nothing too over-the-top, but tasty and affordable, a rare thing to pair with celiac-safe fries. I want to go back to get something lighter, so I can try a fresh fruit shake.

Edit: I’m a regular now. Only suffered one slip up, and if anything the food’s improved. The shakes are SO GOOD (but the machine was down my last couple visits). Definitely worthy of their fifth star.

Dedicated GF fryer and kitchen space, servers/hosts are knowledgeable about celiac and allergens. Their sauces are all celiac safe and I can't tell you how great it was to have a burger and fries (and not get sick!!) And have that "normal" experience with some friends. I'm a sensitive celiac.

The employees were extremely helpful with helping us navigate and understand what is GF and safe for our celiac daughters. Both had the cheeseburger and fries (one daughter said it was the best burger she's ever had). Make sure you specify Celiac safe AND gluten free bun. I’ve been here many times with no issues! They always ask if it’s for allergy or preference, which I appreciate. They have a separate area where they make GF orders and have a dedicated GF fryer! When they bag my order with other items, they always put mine on top and mark GF on the box which is always reassuring. The food is absolutely delicious and don’t miss out on the sauces! There isn’t much GF info on the menu, but the staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. Takeout only for the time being, but you can take it across the street to the cider bar as they allow outside food (and have GF ciders!)

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Tacoma. They offer a gluten free bun and gluten free chicken strips (technically on the kid's menu). I don't eat red meat, but their turkey burgers and grilled chicken sandwich is pretty good. The chicken tenders don't have a ton a flavor, but I was just happy to have them. I have never gotten sick from a meal there. They are currently still only doing take out with no dine-in.option. They don't deliver directly, but are on Door Dash.

THIS IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PLACE! and that's saying something. They are very celiac aware and make those accomodations. I had no problem with the gf bun or fries. Yum. My husband who's gf by choice to help me eat easier, loved his too. I got the BBQ burger, and he got the peanut butter burger. Obsessed. we took our food and drive down to the waterfront, very close. Perfect romantic picnic.

Amazing food. The burger is fresh pressed and not frozen. The gf bun is light but holds together perfectly. I ordered the peanut butter burger and fries and it was honestly fantastic! I am highly allergic and I did not have a reaction at all. I will definitely eat here more often.

Amazing Burger!!! I had the spicy queso burger without the fried jalapenos so it wasn't very spicy but it was very delicious. They are able to make just about every burger with some adjustments, leaving off the toppings that are not gluten-free. We will definitely return.

I found that delivery orders must go through DoorDash or Uber eats. When my food arrived, it was hot, but the burger was pretty standard, and the fries were not crispy at all. I did not get ill, so I know everything was GF, just disappointing. With the cost of delivery, this was not worth the cost. I would not eat here again, especially with so many other choices around.

You literally have to say celiac AND tell the girl a gluten free bun. I said the whole order was gluten free and celiac and she asked repeatedly if it wanted a gluten free bun. Our first time there we asked for celiac and they wrote it on the ticket but we ended up getting gluten buns. My boyfriend was so sick for over a week and almost to the hospital. Our second trip (cause the burger was so good we wanted to try again cause everyone said great things) we said all the things a million times. And we got a different bun for sure. So far so good. Staff needs more education.

So so great! I LOVE getting to have the flat crispy burgers!! Now that I know I will always get a double! Hands down best burger spot in Tacoma Area for Gluten free!

Best place for burgers, fries and hard cider in Pierce County, Tacoma Area. Staff is over the top with making sure we get great GF food. I have been eating there since opening and never got sick. Don't forget the ice cream sandwiches. Try it out and get Spanked.

Yummy!!! Regular fries safe (in dedicated fryer). Gluten free bun was good. Peanut butter burger was strangely amazing & truly delicious. Was too full to try a GF ice cream sandwich or the GF chicken strips (on kids menu). Will definitely return! Only wish more GF was labeled on their menu, but employee was very knowledgeable & took the time to answer all our questions when we ordered at the counter & made note of the allergy for the cooks. I do not have Celiac (unsure), But after going off Gluten completely I have felt much better than I used to before.

This place is very well informed about their gluten free options. The woman taking mine and my fiance's order even had a list of all the burgers that could be made completely free of gluten. They even have a designated area for preparing the gluten free orders.

I definitely recommend this place for a good burger if you are eating gluten free!

Very conscientious staff. They asked if our GF request was for an allergy and explained the precautions they take. Fryer is dedicated. They put down paper to prepare GF and change gloves. I was a little concerned that they brought our GF food out at the same time as regular burgers in our group. I would have preferred they were served separately. However, we tested both burger and fries in our NIMA sensor and both were good to go. No I’ll effects afterwards. Food was very tasty! Excited to find a safe place.

Had 40+ positive experiences here with no problem as a celiac until they tried to poison me with normal wheat flour bun despite ordering GF and saying GF repeatedly. They were in denial when called out with pics of their suppliers GF buns, previous orders and the fact the order was not marked GF in any manner so I will never trust them with my health again. Never again will they get my money and they can no longer be considered celiac friendly IMO.
