Spanky's Stone Hearth

This place knows its stuff. The chefs are super knowledgeable, the menus have a double star next to the gluten free options and if you ask they will tell you what weekend features are gluten free as well. Spankys is a little on the expensive side but let me tell you it is totally worth it, never been disappointed and have never had a bad experience.
