My celiac boyfriend loved getting to eat a pretzel here! Super safe. From my gluten-indulging standpoint it’s not the bwetea pretzel in the world, but good for someone who is gluten free!

If you’re ever in Redding Terminal Market you cannot pass up stopping here! There are so many options and everything is so good. I can’t pass up grabbing a pretzel whenever I’m in the area.

Got a solid pretzel and stuff pretzel akin to a pizza roll. Cheesesteak rolls were sold out when I got there. Whole stall is 100% GF.

Totally gluten-free market! Had a pretzel stick and Philly steak stuffed pretzel. Both were very tasty. Takes about 8-10 minutes to heat.

I only got a soft pretzel but it was everything I had missed in a Philadelphia pretzel. The only problem was I only got one. The offerings are very limited but a great gf snack time stop

All gluten free! Lots of snack and frozen options. They also have the best soft pretzels! Some of them are stuffed with pepperoni and cheese or philly cheesesteak! The pretzels definitely sell out quick tho!

I loved the pretzel I got. Tasted great! But the next day my lower back hurt and had to go to the bathroom a bunch. It was the only thing I ate out of the ordinary so I think it effected my stomach.

One word: cheesesteak. I don’t know why more people aren’t screaming from the rooftops about this place. A gluten free soft pretzel stuffed with cheesesteak. I’ve had the Philly Soft Pretzel Factory version of this (pre-Celiac) and this one is better! I will definitely be back!

100% gf facility. Food was okay, but I don’t think they heated it up well and when I asked the worker for a menu or recommendation on what to eat he was pretty unhelpful. But none the less, it’s safe to eat there and that is more than I can ask for at most places!

Also fulfilled my desire for Philly cheesesteak while visiting by getting a Philly cheesesteak stuffed pretzel 😍
Only downfall is I returned the next morning with my heart set on a pop tart and/or donut for breakfast while spectating the marathon but they didn’t open til 10 so I missed out.

I had a pretzel and a powdered donut and loved that I could join in on some local food despite being celiac! The pretzel was slightly dry (but that’s expected for gf bread often) but the donut was honestly out of this world delicious! One of the best I’ve had (gluten free before diagnosis or otherwise)!! They have several other items like popcorn, fairy floss and other packaged treats - well worth a look while you’re waiting for the corn dog you should’ve ordered first from Fox & Son!

A soft warm pretzel with mustard that is both dairy and gluten free is a must. I ate 2!! Don’t judge. Also have some packaged goodies. The apple Jewish cake was amazing!! I’m going back for more. And they ship

Oh. My. Goodness! As oh the goodness! Every snack food gluten free! Popcorn, muffins, Jewish Apple Cake (!). And you can order it online and have it shipped straight to your door. I bought several flavors of popcorn: Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Cherry, Birthday Cake. Blueberry Muffins, Lemon Squares and Jewish Apple Cake all for train ride home to DC (and a few days on). OH! The Marshmallow Rice Crisp Treats are a couple inches thick and about 3 sq inches! Topped with mini marshmallows! Yummy! When I’m in Philadelphia, this will be a snack shop stop for me to stock up! And I’m ordering online in between to keep the sweetness coming.

They are very nice here and filled with gf snacks! They have their own popcorn, as well as baked goods from area bakeries including Flakely. Soft pretzels, pop tarts, sweet and savory pastries, bread - fresh and/or frozen.
