a little pricey but it’s easily the best Chinese food in the area and best gf i’ve ever had. the crystal shrimp dumplings are really great gf dumplings that you would never be able to tell are gf. I also had the General Tso's Shrimp which was also really good! recommend highly

We haven’t eaten in a Chinese restaurant since my celiacs diagnosis. Sparx told us they could make most dishes gluten free. We ordered pepper steak and sesame chicken. It was fantastic. They were very conscious that my daughter and I ordered gluten free and came over to make sure we weren’t having the wonton soup that the rest of the party was eating. They also brought out gluten free soy sauce when asked. This is our second visit. No reaction last time and feeling great after our second visit. Great meal and excellent service
