I had pizza and GF beer. Both excellent. The pizza had a homemade crust and was by far the best GF pizza I had in our 2 weeks in Italy. They are AIG certified and there were many choices. The owner was very helpful in making my selection. My husband had a non GF pizza and it was delicious too. The restaurant is not fancy, but there is a seating area in the back which was fine, with a clean restroom. It seemed there were many other Gluten free options as well. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent at telling you what is GF and what is not - every time food was brought to the table they ensured we knew what was GF vs my husbands when it was not. No vegan/ DF cheese - I think they have lactose free which is common in Italy. GF pizza and non-GF pizza. GF burger buns too. Mostly a to-go spot with some dine-in seating.
You can choose almost all pizzas gluten free. They have the AiC trademark. They offer a traditional Italian menu with primi, secondi etc besides the pizza, a lot is possible in GF. It is mainly pizza take away, but they have a place to sit outside under a veranda in the backyard. It is not haute cuisine, but fine.
