Sphere

Wanted to share that although the Sphere website claimed to have gluten free food we found out this was untrue during our visit. The burgers and hotdogs come prepackaged with bread and are not safe. The executive chef came to help us because we unfortunately were under a false impression I could safely eat dinner before the show. He shared that a Poke Bowl could be made gluten free, the fries are dedicated fryer and gluten free and the chicken wings are coated in potato starch and gluten free.

If you plan to eat here during a show, do yourself a favor and reconsider. Find a place on the Strip that offers real gluten free offerings.
