Review of Spice On Charles

This place is the best Indian I’ve had in all of Australia. I am a huge Indian food fan and have been in Sydney for several months, trying to find something good and this was by far the best Indian food we have had. I asked for my dish to be quite spicy, and they did a great job with the spice while the flavor was still super deep and complex. They were great with my husbands gluten free as well - knowledgeable and confidence inspiring. Service was incredible, friendly and warm. Would highly recommend.
