Panama curry was solid. No issues

They were able to accommodate my request for gluten free. Although not all options can be made gluten free. I had the pad Thai lunch special, they gave me extra soup or salad to replace other sides which are not gluten free.

Unfortunately even though I had two servers confirm that my order was gluten free I was sick for the next day or so. My bad for not asking about cross-contamination as I am pretty new to my diagnosis. Lesson learned!
