Staff is knowledgeable about their gluten free offers. Many items in the menu are GF, and they can tweak a dish to make it. Most dishes are made from scratch at the restaurant so that they know what goes in. GF bread offered as appetizer with a separate spread/butter if non-GF bread is also offered for other diners. Dedicated fryer for French fries.
