Spike's Hot Dogs

Skip the trucks and food carts and go to Spikes!

Be direct and say you are GF as they may boil in beer if you don't!

Had 2 dogs on gluten-free buns and then went down the condiment line with Spike's help and prodding (asking why I didn't take more pickles) and having me try all the mustards!

Spike then brought me a soda of his own concoction. A free soda was very nice on a hot hot day.

Great dogs (really) on GF buns with owner acting as curator was really quite fun and delicious 😋

Very knowledgeable about cross contamination, just mention you need a gf dog and bun. Super yummy no filter hot dogs and really good gluten free buns!
