Spill The Tea Cafe and Infusion Yoga

Delicious gluten free muffin! Not too sweet and nice consistency. They are wrapped separately to avoid cross contamination at the counter. The muffins are made in-house, and it’s not a fully gluten free cafe, so that may be an issue for some. Sometimes they have GF bagels as well as muffins (not today).. I was told to ask for bagels/bagel sandwiches to be made on foil instead of in their regular sandwich making area. I also had a matcha latte made with almond milk, which was very good. They have oat milk too for another dairy free option.
