Spiro's Pancake House

I did not eat at this location. I called to inquire about the preparation of the gf pancakes. The person that answered the phone didn’t seem knowledgeable at all about the need for clean utensils and grill space for preparation. She did say they the cooks clean off the grill area before making the gf pancakes. This may be okay for people that aren’t sensitive to cross-contamination, but her answer and tone didn’t make me feel comfortable with trying it out.
