I ordered the remix bowl with chicken shawarma. It was yummy and refreshing, and I didn’t have a reaction.

I was assured that their bowls were gluten free, but sadly they are not as I was violently ill a few hours after eating. I would not recommend this establishment if you are seeking a gluten free meal!

This location has very few options and while the food was good, I still ended up sick
Food is only gluten free to the extent of non-celiac or just preferred. Cross-contamination is rampant. The location in cottonwood has a dedicated fryer and can do fries without the beer batter, but the one downtown does not. At least the staff was knowledgeable about that much.. their fry baskets at the cottonwood location are great!

I get sick every time I eat here. Avoid the falafel. They claim its gluten free. It is not.
No
The 2 times I've gone with my celiac girlfriend, we said it needed to be gluten free and they've completely ignored it. The first time she got sick and the second time we could obviously see they put in croutons.
No
Although the menu said GF and the staff seemed knowledgeable- I got sick the last two times I ate there. Not a great option- which is too bad because it tastes so goooood!
They should just tell you not to eat here if you have issues. I brought my own bread (health food barrier), my daughter's "fries" were beer battered and there was a lot of eye rolling.

They say that they are gluten free, when you call. However, the reality is, the items on the menu that they say are gluten free are made in a shared fryer, and contaminated spaces. They seem informed enough, if you talk with them, but you are taking a pretty big chance, even then. The falafel is not safe for a celiac, in the slightest. They are catering to the gluten free fad, not the gluten health risks.
