Items on menu are labeled gluten sensitive instead of gluten free. Ordered the surf and turf salad and the steak and shrimp came marinated in a sauce that I believe wasn’t gluten free. After eating had a bad reaction that I think was from gluten contamination. Also they label the fish tacos that come with fries as gluten sensitive but the waitress told me they only have one fryer so the fries aren’t gluten sensitive making it so menu and waiter knowledge of what’s safe conflicting. Makes me think other things labeled as gluten sensitive on menu aren’t actually.

They changed their menu to GS to annotate Gluten Sensitivity. When asked what this means the Manager said that they cannot guarantee cross contamination hadn’t occured. When asked if they would take precautions, Manager said that the original ingredients could already be contaminated and they have no control over that. We yse Nima to test for gluten. Manager said we don’t have to pay for anything that tested positive for gluten. I commend the Manager for this but it just sounded like a gamble and wasted food. It’s funny that we came here last here and had a perfectly safe meal. The menu changed and the attitude has changed since then. Very sad because we were looking forward to returning here.

Staff was NOT knowledgeable about Gluten Allergy. They put a red GF next to all Gluten Free Options. For example Machos (nachos) declare they have House Made Chips but when I asked, they do NOT have a Designated Fryer. I thought perhaps the Grilled Chicken Salad but the chicken is marinated in a soy based marinade. I had to specifically walk the manager and server through preparation of a steak (s&up only) topped salad with no Blue Cheese or Bacon and Oil and Vinegar Dressing because their dressings have Gluten. Not the best experience for me and the struggle is always so frustrating and puts a damper on what should be dining experience. P. S. Props to the Manager who was very understanding and helpful.

I was told by a waitress there that their fish tacos are gluten free but the tortillas are a combination of corn/wheat blend. Some waitresses are knowledgeable and some are not. Be careful and ask questions.

Not many GF breakfast options, but server was friendly and helpful. We came here for breakfast directly after our flight from Oahu. Service was fast and great view of the water.

Food was great, prices were awesome, and the view was spectacular. We came here after our short flight to the island for breakfast. They have GF options marked on the menu, so you don't have to ask. Parking was also free. Highly Recommend!

They have a well mark GF menu, plus they made changes and answered questions about non-GF marked items so we could order. Order a burger (burgers not listed due to buns) and had it with a lettuce wrap instead. (Prefer this over GF buns anyway). Our server verified all items with cooks, and came back with items such as fries (done in same frier as chicken finger). Would be nice if they weren't, but was most important they checked. Food was fabulous for everyone in the party. And can't be the view! Greg was our server.

Suggest making a reservation as this is a popular place but they told us the wait for 2 would be 40 minutes and we only waited about 25 minutes. The cocktails were really good plus lots of gluten free options. I had the blackened fish tacos (server recommended the blackened which was really good but you can get just grilled too) with a small side salad. They couldn't guarantee the fries were safe that day so I didn't chance it but probably would've been fine as long as they still use a dedicated fryer.

We went to Splashers for dinner on vacation. Called ahead for a reservation and pre-looked at the menu online. They have a good number of choices for GF that are clearly marked on the menu. I ordered the ribs and thought I would have to substitute out the fries but was told they have a dedicated fryer so they are safe! The ribs were very tender and easy to eat, the meat fell off the bones. The only downfall is there are no GF desserts.

Great gf ribs. The lunch entrées are a bit limited but they do a solid fish taco on corn tortillas.

I found this place on the APP. The food is tasty and the atmosphere is lively. I am GF and Dairy free. I told my waiter and he altered my GF order because of dairy in the sauce. Would definitely eat here again.

I ate here and got extremely sick...lasted 2 days. Not sure what it was. I thought I was being very safe. I ordered the gluten free fish tacos with a side of the roasted corn. To drink, I had a tito's vodka and soda with a lime...also a diet coke. If you choose to eat here, I wish you luck...I won't be going back.

Fish tacos were excellent. I had them by choice, there definitely other choices chicken, steak or fish. However the staff was not knowledgable and stay away from Hawaiian Punch.
