Had a great experience here, talked with the manager and chef, they made sure all my food was safe. They do not have a dedicated fryer but chef made a pot of oil that was olive oil/canola oil blend and did my own fries in there. Rest of the food I was able to find safe good food. They are really respectful and careful with food allergies. Definitely will be coming here again when we are in the Allentown, PA area.
