Review of Spot Dessert Bar

Dessert is difficult when you are dairy and gluten free. The spot offers one very tasty gluten and dairy free option! I'm on an autoimmune protocol diet, so not celiac, so I'm not sure about issues of cross contamination. If dairy is okay for you there are tons if great sorbet and ice cream options as well.
