Ask for their ingredient list note book. It will list the ingredients for all the yogurts. I have eaten there safely numerous times. I have gotten to know which ones are safe. I stay away from anything that uses the word cake or cookie in the name. The chocolate and vanilla favors are safe. Many others are as well. If in doubt ask for the ingredient book.

Yogurt is good but we called to make certain they had gluten free. They assured us yes but we quickly found out the young, untrained staff had no idea about gluten and tjere was no yogurt we could be sure was gluten free.
