Fast, gluten free food, very friendly staff. Everything was gluten free. Very trendy atmosphere. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.

Stopped at Sprig on our way through town and were so happy we did. Very health conscious restaurant, and the food was nourishing and delicious! Enjoyed two of their bowls, a wellness shot and a cookie, which was one of the best GF treats I've had over the years. Will look forward to the next time we can visit.

This place is amazing. Everything was delicious and safe. Here for a long weekend and ate hear multiple times because it is a dedicated facility. Wish there was one near me in Virginia

Great little place!! Dedicated facility!! A little pricey but everything on the menu is gf. Lots of vegan options but meat can be added to most whatever you would like. Great food quality organic. Smoothies are amazing too!!
