I’ve successfully had the salmon in its own pan a couple of times for dinner. It comes served with their Voodoo rice. The only time I didn’t feel good after eating here was when I tried the rice prior to the manager letting me know it contained pork.

I love Springs Orleans! The staff is above and beyond in service and friendliness. I go so much they know my order before I sit down. I have never gotten sick here, not once (I'm not celiac, but can tell quickly when I've been glutenized. I suffer with a severe migraine and gluten baby belly). Their gluten free grilled chicken popcorn is a great happy hour treat. And for dinners I've always followed their gluten free marked items with no issue.

The food tastes good but no matter how carefully I let the server know I need an allergy alert for gluten and order their simplest reccomendation, I become ill. I can't eat here.

I was really disappointed in this place. Other than a few salads and one dish, there was nothing on the menu that was gluten free. And the one dish had shrimp, which I don't eat, so I ordered it without the shrimp. Was still really good, but paid top dollar (they wouldn't discount it) for next to nothing. No reason to go back when there are so many other wonderful choices downtown that have more than a couple GF options on the menu.
