On safety—We are a 100% gluten-free cottage bakery. We have a fully gluten-free baking area in our house to prevent cross contamination for our baked goods.

My mom and I (Victoria & Elaine) are starting up a cottage bakery dedicated to celiac-friendly, gluten free baked goods! After being sick for a while, I found out a couple months ago that I was positive for celiac disease. We have a dedicated gluten-free baking area to prevent any risk of cross contamination. Transitioning to the gluten free lifestyle is a bit overwhelming, so I am happy I found a way to share my love for cooking & baking with you all!
