I am celiac and I love this place - their GF salads and soups are good and I haven’t had any issues. A 1/2 salad is a good portion and all the veggies were so fresh and it was only $3.50. The bakery items are wrapped separately - the blueberry GF, vegan muffin was really good.
I ordered a flatbread that we were assured was gluten free. within two-three hours, i was vomiting and near death. of course the flat bread tasted AMAZING. i kept telling my sister who was with me that i couldn’t believe it was gluten free. should’ve trusted my gut, because i was violently puking it up later.
We stopped here for lunch and I told them I needed gluten free they said it would be cooked separately and it would be safe, my husband got a chicken sandwich and when it arrived it had seeds all in the bread(which was not listed on the menu) we told them he couldn’t eat it due to health issues, they told us it was not nuts just seeds, we explained again and they remade his but then the chef came out and told us next time to mention that up front so she could make it separate. The burger and the chicken sandwich were not good. My husband had one bite and was done. I ate the burger since for two sandwiches we had about 34$ in lunch, one mile up the road my headache and reflux started… so I’m sure I got into some gluten. Be careful. The staff was rude and although the chef came out it could have been handled differently.

So I stopped in for a quick bite and got a gluten and dairy free grilled cheese and a vegan salad! Absolutely wonderful! They were very knowledgeable and so kind!!
The organic marketplace has everything- pasta, toothpaste, probiotics, supplements & the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Sprouts cafe is a hidden gem behind the marketplace. They gave gluten free bread & wraps & can make most things on menu gluten free or vegan. They have gf cookies. Also have fresh juice & smoothies.
Had the spicy chicken flatbread they assured me it was gf, it was delicious. 3hours later i was violently ill from gluten poisoning. DEFINITELY NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY!
This place is located behind the market. It was absolutely delicious. Can offer all the sandwiches on gluten free bread!
I absolutely love this place! They have a great healthy menu that is not too pricey. they also have substitutions for anything on there menu for gluten free, dairy free, and even vegetarian. There homemade vegetarian burgers are delicious. Would go everyday and eat there if I could.
Sprouts offers creative dishes with local and organic options. I look forward to eating there and it doesn't break my budget. They also have yummy nutritious smoothies and a juice bar. There are many gluten free options and if you want to tweak a dish, they usually can oblige you. The staff in the cafe and in the grocery department upstairs are helpful and personable. They even have gluten free make up and skin care in the store upstairs.
Organic Marketplace carries a wide variety of products that you wouldn't even think of checking to see if they were gluten free like vitamins and skin care products. The grocery staff is always receptive to customer feedback on the gf items they carry and will special order anything they don't stock for you. The cafe is awesome and really great about substituting gluten free options for menu items.
