They have GF packaged options, but stay away from the meat counter. My husband picked up sausage here, after explaining I had celiac and asking if it was gluten free. Guy behind the counter didn't know, but printed out an ingredients list. All seemed well, but 45 minutes later I was super sick. It's my own fault for not checking deeper - found out after that they don't classify their sausages as gluten free, even though no ingredients have gluten, because it is "stored with gluten containing items". Stick to the pre packaged stuff if you shop here.

It's nice to have a grocery store that carries GF foods. Since Henry's switched to Sprouts, they've replaced some of their good GF offerings with corn replacements. (If you're not corn-free, this probably doesn't matter to you.) For example, they got rid of Takinyada pasta (the BEST GF pasta), and replaced it with a corn/quinoa brand. It's been gradual, but most of my fav GF brands have been replaced with corn-filled brands. Now I have to shop at Frazier Farms or Jimbo's.
Deli is awesome! They took special care to make sure and prep in a gluten free area, love their sandwiches. Workers are awesome!

Sprouts is a greatplace to shop. They have beautiful produce, shelves that are marked with gluten free signs and lots of baked goods, fresh made sandwiches, and deli, inexpensive fresh sushi and numerous organic food items. They also have a great OTC selection...pri rs are very competitive for good foods.

I was pleased to find the bakery in this Sprouts offered sandwiches made with gluten free bread. I'm not celiac, but they took the bread from the package and made the sandwich on individual paper, so it seems like little chance for cross-contamination. Such a happy surprise!

Good selection of products. Wish they would mark the bins better.

The best selection of gluten-free frozen food I've found. Local brands, national brands, new brands - they have it all. From frozen meals (think curries and chicken nuggets) to snacks and pasta, Sprouts has a great selection. I can highly recommend their mini apple pie made in Maine and their pie crust (by far and away the best GF frozen pie crust). I also love the dumplings and ravioli.
