Traveling through Salt Lake and saw great reviews on here. Such an amazing stop. Friendly staff, dedicated fryers, so much of what they do is gluten free that the menu specifies what isn’t GF rather than what is. Great options for everyone and affordable for the family. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!!

Ordered a baked sweet potato with GF turkey gravy, turkey and other GF toppings that meet my nightshade allergies as well. Manager was friendly and explained GF and nightshade options. Only place I know of that makes

GF frybread which I haven't had in years.

Definitely has a lot of options but lacked in flavor for me. The gravy was tasteless, barbecue sauce was great, chicken was just okay, food was lukewarm and the only got item was the fries. It's great they're celiac friendly

This is my favorite restaurant!!! They are celiac safe, offer so many options, and their food is DELICIOUS!!! I would highly recommend the pulled pork garbage fries!!

Wow! A great location with fun and different choices. Most things are gluten free. I’m a very sensitive celiac and I did not get sick.

Gluten free get bread alone is enough to get you there. So yummy. Everything on the menu is gluten free except the gravy and cornbread stuffing on on dish (and a few pre-made desserts that don’t come in contact with anything else. Dedicated fryer. Yummy comfort food.

Good food, almost everything is gluten free, and the understand celiac disease. They will change gloves upon request, BUT cross contamination still happens as it is an assembly-line sort of place.

Gluten free fry bread. Nuff said. I've been going here regularly for a few years and have never had problems. I love the gluten free corn bread and desserts. The only thing they have on the menu that I wish they would do is a gluten free stuffing, but the owner says they have never found one that they like so that is the one thing to avoid. Their GF gravies are great though.

This is a very good place for those that have celiac in my experience. They have dessert that is GF and the food is good. They are good at changing gloves and know what does contain gluten. I met the owner and they know how important it is. They have taken precautions and I feel very comfortable eating here even for takeout.

The owner is super good about allergies. I was impressed and thought the food was good. I am a Celiac and am super sensitive. I ordered a baked potato with dill Sauce and veggies on top. I never trust the gravies anywhere...so I can not comment on that.

Update 01/12/21 I’m so sick! I don’t know what changed. Food made me sick not GF!!! It used to be... don’t think you can eat here if you need to be gf happened twice in a month. Sad won’t be back..... the end. So so good! I love to make my own potato, and normally get the roast beef with gluten free gravy, onions and mushrooms, with corn, green onions, olives, and I get two cheeses the mozzarella and cheese curds. This has to be my favorite meal! I have celiac disease so I can’t have any gluten, this is one restaurant I can trust and the food is always amazing!

This was honestly my favorite place to eat food before I got diagnosed with Celiac, so I was over the moon when I found out that they are GF-friendly. The food is always super tasty and I've never gotten sick from it. Also, their GF cake is better than any non-GF cake that I've ever tasted! So good!

This is one of my new favorite places! Their poutine and GF cornbread are amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable, I’ve been there quite a few times and have never had any issues. 👍🏻

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and most of the options are gluten free. I’ve been here several times and haven’t gotten sick. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination, so that says a lot. It’s a great place for a quick stop or to sit and eat

Our family LOVES Spudtoddos! The owner is very kind and is very aware of the GF Crowd. His employees are willing to change gloves when asked and are aware of anyi-contamination protocols. We have never had any contamination problems here, ever. They list the gravy and cornbread as not gf, but have gf versions as well. The owner told us he himself played around with recipes until he had a great tasting gf gravy. (He has been in the restaurant business for around 30 years.) They have The. Best. Ever. gf chocolate cake! They have recently added a gf chocolate torte and gf pumpkin cheesecake! Yummy! This is a wonderful and tasty place to eat.

They clearly list what is and is not gluten free. They are happy to change their gloves, their fries are made in a dedicated fryer and they had one of the most delicious gf cakes I’ve ever tried!!!!!

Menu was VERY clearly labeled and staff was very knowledgeable when I double checked ingredients. They changed gloves the second I told them I was celiac. So wish I had one close to my home as we are just visiting. Great experience!

I’ve been very happy every time I’ve visited SpudToddos. They have gluten free options for their gravy and cornbread, and have just started carrying gluten free desserts. I’m pretty sensitive to gluten and I haven’t had contamination yet. They are always willing to change their gloves for you when you ask. If there’s something you’d like to taste first, like their mustard sauce, they’ll give you a sample. This has become my go-to place for foods when I eat out.

They have lots of great gluten free options and their food is so good! It's like a really good home cooked meal. You pick a type of potatoes, a meat, a side and toppings. Their roast beef and pulled pork are amazing! My daughter is the gluten free one in our family and Spud Toddos her top pick to eat out.

Spudtoddos has become a new family favorite. The meals are all centered around potatoes (mashed, baked, friend, etc) and have many options for toppings. The portions are generous, and we had no problem sharing one meal between two adults. Plus, the Italian soda syrups are always fun. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly to celiacs. Our son has celiac disease. He has eaten here three times and has never gotten sick.

Sweet potatoes tasted weird, not sweet really. Chicken was dry. Cornbread was dry and didn't taste good. Very overpriced too.
