Square Cut is quite a step up from your typical pizza takeout and delivery place! Affiliated with the wonderful Bourbon Butcher Kitchen+ restaurant next door, Square Cut Pizza offers upscale pizza choices, including two sizes of gluten free crusts. (No dine in but you can eat the pizzas at the Farm Town Brew Hall next door). The employee who took our order was able to confidently answer my questions about potential gluten in the sauce, meats, etc. and prep areas. Like most places these days, he could not guarantee that there would not be any cross-contamination, but assured me they would make every effort to keep the gluten out. Must have worked because I ate a lot of the excellent pizza and didn't get sick! I know Bourbon Butcher Kitchen+ is very GF savvy and it looks like they've carried that over to this pizza place.
