Had the grilled chicken sandwich on gluten free bun. This was the best gluten free bread/bun I've ever had! Fluffy and soft like real bread. I'm in love.

Unexpectedly saw reviews, not expecting to find anything gluten free out in John Day. The service was absolutely incredible, our server was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure my food was gluten free and delicious! Had strawberry french toast and no reactions at all!

Symptomatic Celiac

Had a really good burger, and my little sister had trouble sharing the pancakes. The waiter was really nice and happy to answer all of our questions. And when the guy at the grill didn't clean it off like he was supposed to, the waiter told him to start over, and then she came out and told us that that was why our food was taking so long. Also, I'm Celiac and I didn't get sick after. You just have to be specific that you need to be careful.

Gluten free menu. Owner has a family member with celiac. NOT a dedicated fryer though. They have GF bread, buns and use GF Bisquick for pancakes. My daughter with celiac was OK after but make sure the staff is taking it seriously. We had two people helping us and one was more focused and aware of cross contamination issues than the other.
