Have eaten here many times and wait staff is very educated on GF. Clearly there has been turnover with cooking staff because lately every time my celiac family and I have eaten the same items, we get obvious gluten CC reactions. Sorry to say Squeeze In is absolutely not celiac safe.
This review is for the Eagle, Idaho location. The wait staff were great! As soon as I mentioned celiac they explained that they have a separate griddle and fryer, and that they would let the kitchen know.
What I ordered wasn’t marked GF on the menu, but was easily modified (they swapped out the toast with it for a GF option). The food came out fast, too!
They claim anything on the menu can be made GF. I played it safe and got an omelette. They did not seem super educated on cross contamination but to be fair I did not ask many questions.

Finally a restaurant in Fernley where we can safely eat! The server was friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!
Breakfast Place, menu items are marked gluten free. Let them know your needs and they clean the grill before cooking. Service is quick and food is yummy.
Gluten Free options marked on menu with dedicated GF fryer, but have experienced symptoms likely due to cross-contamination.
The food was tasty, the staff was friendly but the menu lies. It states that the fryer is only used for gf foods, so I ordered the Parmesan garlic French fries. I looked at the reviews AFTER and saw that they use the fryer for other things. I asked my server and she confirmed that chicken fried steak is cooked in the fryer. I suggested ahead of time tell the owner and have the menu changed!
A fun brunch spot that I ended up going to a few times while in Vegas. Mostly egg based options which I knew going in. The staff were terrific and went the extra mile with their service. Felt very comfortable eating there and had no reaction afterwards. If you get the potatoes make sure to ask for them to be extra crispy with cheese, so worth it.
