Review of Squid Ink Sushi Bar

I'm in town for work and was looking for something close by with gluten free options and opened late. I found this place from this app and called ahead to ask questions about the gluten free menu. Staff was very helpful (thanks Corey/Kori?) over the phone. She explained that there was not a dedicated frier for extremely sensitive individuals but the other options are safe. I could tell they are trying to be very sensitive to the allergy and are still in the learning process (some items appear to be crossed off the menu) but I ate here and had a great experience and recommend it. I had the avocado and cucumber sushi with gluten free soy sauce. Kori and Britney, my server, were absolutely wonderful.
