We had lunch here during spring break before a stop at Philmont Scout ranch. I had the half size southwest chicken salad. It was good, though with the chipotle ranch and hot Fritos they put in it, my entire mouth (including my lips were on 🔥)! I had a scoop of ice cream (which came as a cute sundae complete with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and a cherry) which cooled me off. A satisfying and relatively inexpensive meal. No cross-contamination that I could detect.

I ate here for lunch, and they didn’t much gluten-free other than just a patty (no gf buns). They didn’t have a dedicated fryer for the fries either.

The wait and kitchen staff have all been extremely attentive to my Celiac requirements. They modified my trout last night and my omelette and hash browns this morning. The hotel is beautiful and we will return.
