Fantastic! My waitress was extremely knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. We had oysters for the table - all fixings were GF. I had the BBQ shrimp with rice instead of the bread and it was amazing. Dessert menu doesn’t list GF or not, but my waitress said that the Pao de Lo uses GF flour - specifically Cup4Cup which is certified GF. I ended up getting it and it was a hit around the table for even the non-GF people. Will 100% be back and recommend to celiacs!
Also, GF items are marked on the menu. There are also “gluten free option” choices. They do list fries as GF (no separate fryer) but as long as you mention you have celiac you should be totally fine and they help you know what to avoid.

The menu isn't marked, but if you call or email the resturant before you go, they can help guide you to the safe items on the menu (oysters, shrimp, gumbo, salads). Avoid anything fried, because they do not have a dedicated fryer. But a lot of the non-fried items are GF or can be made GF. My server double checked with the kitchen for my order.
Enjoyed the food, and would recommend it if you want some delicious New Orleans food.
