Would be a nice place for a bakery. Called on Saturday. No answering machine. Checked online and website showed hours 10 - 5 Tuesday thru Friday. Went on Tuesday at 10:30.......and no one there......closed the sign said.

Very Disappointed! Called before going to be told directions could not be given. After arriving (Thanks to Mapquest!), entered behind a family of four. Worker could not answer their questions about ingredients other than saying "gluten free". There were only 3 items available for purchase...snicker doodles, granola, and 3 cake donuts. This was at lunch time on Friday. They left without making a purchase as did we. What a waste. :(

Waste of gas to get there, I got there before lunch and almost everything was sold out. Went I asked if they had bread, they said they were all reserved, I saw some donuts and again sold.i asked do you have any other baked goods, "we have 8 items". They had 2 muffins, 4 rice crispy treats, 2 chocolate chip cookies part of a key lime torte, a few other non memorable items. I was ready to get some food for the week, however why support a bakery that does not even bake. Really small case of items. If you want special order something you need to order 2 months in advance. It must be nice just bake what you want and when it sells out, just go home. There was good news, down the road going east I found a heath food store and really good baker I think it was called Lola's bakery.

Stacey bakes went above and beyond for my family. We were celebrating my brothers 40th and needed a gluten free dessert for my seven year old with celiac. She came in special on her day off to make us half a dozen carrot cake cupcakes. Our family of eleven loved them and fought over the extra. It is saying a lot if our gluten eating family loved these delicious gluten free cupcakes. Yum yum and wonderful caring service!!!

I've been to Stacey Bakes many times. The food is excellent! She uses only organic and top-of-the-line ingredients. And it all tastes amazing!! You walk out of there feeling healthy and very satisfied... not guilty! So give it a try, it's definitely worth the trip.

So appreciative for a dedicated gluten-free bakery near one of my favorite vacation spot! I am gluten, dairy, and soy free and almost everything in here is safe for me. Love the snickerdoodles, chocolate chip and oatmeal craisin cookie as well as the sugar donut. Not a fan of the chocolate torte but my husband likes it. I also like that she adds healthy foods in like banana and flax seeds. Definitely worth the drive out there from Destin!

A friend of mine let me in on the secret of Stacey Bakes. My son was visiting from LA so we ate at Stacey Bakes and were thrilled with the quality of gluten-free food there. Even my son said it's difficult to find things in LA that are this good. Looking forward to returning on his next visit. Snickerdoodles, omg!

Best gf bread and donuts I've had. My fiance is gf, so I eat a lot of gf things with her and we loved this place. Took sandwiches to the beach several times and a box full of cookies and bread home with us.
