Review of Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

We were excited to try Stacked as they have gluten free breakfast options (pancakes, waffles, French toast, etc)

Their printed menu is not very clear on what options can be made gluten free (much better to look online)

The server wasn’t very knowledgeable either. When we asked about gluten free options she didn’t know and said she could check but it was probably an up charge (mmhmm but is it gluten free)

My celiac son had the kids birthday cake pancake with egg and bacon - they did give him a sausage as well, which aren’t gluten free.

My celiac husband had the pancake stack - gluten free pancakes, eggs, bacon and home fries.

So far no reactions, so hopefully the cooks are more knowledgeable than the servers!
