I have eaten here multiple times with no issues. The server said they had gluten free tortillas. Tried the bacon and avocado burrito. It was served with a little toothpick indicating it was gluten free. It was delicious! It was not gluten free!!! Celiac disease must not be able to read toothpicks.
My go-to happy hour spot! Only happy hour app this is gluten free is guacamole, however chips are shared fryer. They offer GF burgers and Mac & cheese, both delicious! They also have a dedicated fryer for GF fries. Every item comes out marked as GF, which is always reassuring. Great drink specials as well. Waitstaff is very knowledgeable and always willing to double check with the chef if they don’t know the answer.
While my gluten free pancakes were delicious, I unfortunately was glutened. My plate came out with a gluten free flag and everything. I am a very sensitive person and I made sure I told the server. That being said, I think I just cannot eat in establishments where loose flour is being used. So it might be my sensitivity. If you are *highly sensitive* then I suggest staying away.
This place is amazing! Came here for breakfast and made my own stacked pancakes. I had chocolate chip pancakes with nutella and strawberries. I loved it (and didn’t get sick) so I came back the next day to try the mac and cheese. On Mondays they do a 50% off every mac and cheese. It was alright. Wouldn’t try the mac and cheese again but definitely will get the pancakes when I return.
Happy to say I ALSO ate their gluten free pancakes and wow...I actually didn’t feel tired after!(didn’t get “glutened”). I could tell my eggs were cooked in a separate area. I’m super pleased and will be returning many times. Great service too; they actually enjoy working there as opposed to 99% of all servers everywhere else!
I really like Stacked. Eaten at a Stacked 4-5 times while traveling and have never had cross contamination issues. The staff at all the locations have been helpful, well trained on GF, and food is good. Dedicated fryer which is always a plus as I love and miss french fries. They make it super easy to make sure each item and component is GF or DF which is so helpful. Love it!
I will begin by saying that the food is incredible! You all know how hard it is to find a reliable gluten-friendly place to eat, especially for breakfast... (I have only been for breakfast since I am usually in the area mornings)
The staff is very knowledgeable about the seriousness of cross contamination and all things Celiac. I was informed that they have a separate prep station for (she was incredible!) GF pancakes/meals and Christina, our server , even went the extra mile to make sure the butter was scooped from a GF tub!
PANCAKES! PANCAKES! PANCAKES!
They have GF hamburger buns (which I used as a stand-in for toast/english muffin), GF wraps for Lunch/Dinner, and a fantastic bar/drink menu!
They stand behind the quality of their restaurant and I have much respect for manager Martin Orozco who ensured we had the most pleasant experience possible!
Just let them know about your allergy/condition and they will do all they can to make your meal safe!
I just got the Mac and cheese and found it to be okay. I didn’t get sick or anything but I guess I’m taking a star off because it was filled with red onions, and I don’t know if they all are or if they put it in by accident since you can customize the bowls. It was good though other than being way too oniony
** celiac friendly but BE SURE YOU EMPHASIZE GF Frier and such they have messed up ( a lot) b4 but easy to tell, soooo worth it when they do get it right
Went here in the past without getting sick. But today I went and explained that I had celiac about cross contamination, the manager assured me that they cook things separately and the fries are made in separate fryer. I tested my chicken sandwich with my Nima sensor (gluten tester) and the chicken sandwich tested positive for gluten. The fries were also tested and did not have gluten. The chef told me he must not have cleaned the grill well. The manager was not really apologetic but the waiter was supper sorry and nice about it.
We have eaten here five times without getting sick. We usually make our own hamburger sans the bun as we are allergic to eggs so can't eat the gf bun but burger is delicious anyways. The gf mac and cheese is the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it. They know how to cook the gf pasta to perfection. We love this place.
So good! Had the pulled pork sandwich on gluten free bread and French Fries. And a cookie for dessert. It's so nice how they have the tablets on the table to order and customize your food. I love that it tells you as you add or remove items if your meal is gluten free. My father-in-law had a non gluten free burrito and loved it.
