Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

They say they have many options for gluten free, but I did not feel safe at all. The home fries are gluten free, but they’re deep fried first. They have gluten free pancakes, waffles, and french toast, but they’re not cooked in dedicated areas. The only thing I felt somewhat safe eating was poached eggs and fruit. The gluten free toast was okay, but I don’t think it is toasted in a dedicated toaster, as I don’t feel great. Definitely avoid if you’re celiac.
