I ordered pancakes (via DoordDash), and added a note in “special requests” that I had a gluten allergy and requested the grill be cleaned or a separate pan be used. I received a call from the restaurant right away. The lady on the phone said they did NOT have the ability to use a separate pan or clean the grill. I had to cancel my order.
Not sure why other reviewers had a different experience. But I would say, they are not accommodating, unfortunately.
