Review of Stacks Pancakes & More of Hilton Head

The staff and servers were very knowledgeable about celiac disease. The server even informed us that the kitchen follows a strict cleaning process for gluten free dishes. They have a separate waffle iron and gluten free pancakes. Separate condiments are provided for those with celiac and the gluten free dishes are served in a separate container. I was very impressed. The waffles are delicious and fluffy. My sister had them with chocolate all over them. I had the pancakes and they were large and fluffy. They looked better than the regular pancakes! Though I didn’t have toast they said they have a separate gluten free toaster. My parents said the regular food was good too! A great place and perfect for celiacs.
