Gluten free options. Separate waffle maker (although our waitress did not know this but once she asked she offered to change my order). The pancakes were awesome! Light and fluffy just like regular. They were served in a to- go container to avoid contamination. A “celiac bag” consisting of plastic utensils, separate syrup. Very conscious about contamination.
