I am a celiac, and was thoroughly taken care of at Stacks. The staff at Stacks were extremely knowledgeable of Celiac disease and understood the risks of cross-contamination. Stacks offers a gluten-free menu, offering gluten free pancakes (delicious), brunch options (eggs, bacon, peameal), BLT sandwiches, etc. I highly recommend Stacks as a safe option for people with Celiac disease. *Make sure to let staff know you have Celiac, and they will make sure to take the extra steps to prepare your food.
