Stage Wine Bar

I heard from someone else who has celiac that Stage was very good about catering to those with GF needs, so I figured I'd give them a try. My experience there was great. They have GF items, or items that can be made GF, marked on their menu. Moreover, the staff seemed knowledgable, and after I let know that I have celiac, they pointed out that a few of the items listed as GF are cooked in a shared fryer so they would not be safe for me. I also appreciated that the wait staff made a point of noting that the items that they were bringing to the table had been prepared GF, which helped to give me additional peace of mind. Aside from the celiac-friendly experience, the food was also delicious! Will definitely go back!
