With notice they can cater for basically any allergens. We pre-booked a couple months in advance for our anniversary because it's a small place and they just received their Michelin award at the time. It was a 6 course tasting menu with a complementing drinks flight with a new full size drink for each course. There were a couple substitutions i.e. kohlrabi noodles instead of what was served to the other diners. Definitely worth it if you're able to go but make sure you book with notice.
