Review of Stancatos

We were out of town guests at this amazing establishment! While not Celiac, I consider myself pretty sensitive. This restaurant has great pizza!! No soggy crust here! Also, they have many entrees and salads that are/can be gluten free. Unfortunately, no gluten free bread if one chooses pasta, but otherwise sensational! They tell me they have some 'regular' Celiacs that frequent.
