They offer gluten free pizza, but do have a sign that says not recommended for people with celiac. The owner has celiac, so they do take precautions. Pizza is made in a separate area and cooked on a different pan that they also tent with aluminum foil. I did tell them I had celiac, so they would take extra precautions. I did not get sick and the pizza was delicious!
