Some employees are very knowledgable about gluten issues, some not at all. They use rice flour as a thickener for soups, but have no bun or bread option for burgers and sandwiches, nor for their pizza. There is always a gluten free cider on tap, and always some tasty options for me, and they do have a little gluten free menu.
