The owner/employee was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free.
The protein shakes, except for chocolate chip cookie dough, are all gluten free as well as the waffles, coffee and energy drinks.
The protein bowls are gluten free as long as you ask for no granola.
She changed gloves and cleaned the blender to make mine which was nice.

Their waffles are flourless and gluten free! I got the pumpkin waffle and it was delicious. They also have gluten free smoothie bowls (just order without granola). Lots of gluten free energy and protein drinks. Not all drinks are gluten free but owner was very knowledgeable about what is and isn’t. Most of the options are low sugar or sugar free and they use dairy-free whipped cream so it’s good for other dietary restrictions as well.
