I am very careful now only to eat at places that really get the celiac thing. Not just “oh yeah, here are things that are gluten free”, but that they are aware to note that fries shouldn’t be eaten because they are fried in the same fryer as other items with gluten. Starbelly gets it. They don’t just have a gluten free menu, they note on your order they you are celiac. They note that you shouldn’t have the fries if you are celiac because of the cross contamination. I feel very safe eating there because each server I’ve encountered has really cared to take note of those needs... however annoying they happen to be! Can’t recommend this place enough.
