Some pre packaged gluten free foods from Siete. Skinny dipped dark chocolate almonds and lemon bliss almonds. The flavors in the drinks is where you can run into trouble. I heard that the egg bites and marshmallow dream are also gluten free

I was hungry for breakfast after a medical appointment and came to Starbucks. Unfortunately the staff had zero knowledge about GF options. And zero interest in helping. I looked it up online but was not able to verify that the egg bites were GF. I saw a boiled egg and cheese in the grab fridge but the crackers were not GF. Too bad. I had to look elsewhere.

Full service Starbucks. Love the potato bakes and egg bites, stocked up on marshmallow squares for my hikes
