The gluten free breakfast sandwiches were removed from their sealed bags before they were served to us. Yikes! The whole point of these sandwiches is that they are in a sealed bag. When my husband brought them back up to the counter, the girl was pleasant, but could not grasp the concept of what he was saying. When he said that they were supposed to stay in the sealed bag she said, "You mean you don't want them cooked?" She did point out that she used gluten free tongs and showed him the gluten free area, but she didn't understand the concept. Finally another worker said, "Never take them out of the bag!" They gave us a safe sandwich after that. Just be alert here because it seems their GF training isn't consistent.

Went to Starbucks, the girl didn’t have any idea of GF drink options, so I got a black coffee and added my own creamer. It probably depends on who is waiting on you.

Standard Starbucks with hot and cold beverages and some snacks (some are GF).
The workers at this location have unionized! They appreciate hearing customers share their support as they are still fighting for their first contract with Starbucks, along with other Starbucks locations that have unionized across the US.

Absolutely stay away from all starbucks. Have requested for information through a multitude of Chanels and NO ONE at the organisation can answer what materiale are used for their socalled "paperstraws and -cups". Most often they are made from wheat so not a place for celiacs when the store itself has no clue! Would give 0 stars for safety!

Starbucks is a hit or miss but they usually are very helpful! They will grab a fresh shaker so there is not a risk for cc!
