This was the most expensive for GF out of all the markets we went to. Dolphin was a lot cheaper or try Moes on St Thomas. Bread was 21 dollars.

Very limited options - go to nearby St. John’s Gourmet Market instead for a lot more and better prices, small freezer section on end of aisle in back, another small section of stuff at front of store (right when you walk in), all prices I checked were much more than I expected (for reference an Udi’s pizza was $18)

Decent selection of items for snacks. Freezer section has wraps, pizzas, bread options. Everything on the island is pricey. If you are able to pack some things in your luggage I recommend.

Hit or miss. Couldn't find GF bread there on this trip, but they had Schar last year. Like the other grocery stores, they had plenty of GF snacks.

While almost all of the grocery/liquor stores on St. John added GF items, you'll find the biggest selection at Starfish Market, including frozen meals. Just be aware prizes are 2-3 times of what you pay at home. (We typically bring the basics with us). Make sure to checkout the freezer section in the liquor store, too. Also, if you like to drink cider at the beach, you might want to bring cans from home. While the selection of available ciders on the Island increased over the last couple years, we only saw bottles being sold and you risk a hefty fine bringing glass bottles on the beach.
